Refund policy

• Items can be returned / exchangedwithin 14 days after receiving your order – by providing full receipts of your order and proof of purchase.
• In order to qualify for a full refund, all items must be unused and in its original packaging.
• After the returned items have been fully inspected and the refund request has been approved, we will send an email and you will receive a full refund (excluding the delivery costs) within 5-10 working days.
• If your return item doesn’t meet our refund requirement, it will be sent back to your address.
• Products on sale/ products bought during sale cannot be refunded
• Local and international shipping are non-refundable.
• You would be responsible for the shipping costs for returning items.
