How to Prepare & Install Your 4C Half Wig

Before wearing, follow one of the methods below to bring the texture to life.

Option 1 — Natural & Fluffy

1. Wet the hair
Thoroughly wet the hair with water.

2. Add conditioner
Apply conditioner throughout the hair to soften and loosen the factory-set curls.

3. Brush & fluff
Gently brush through the hair then separate and fluff the curls with your fingers until you achieve your desired volume and shape.

4. Allow to dry
Air dry or diffuse then fluff and shape as desired.

5. Install & blend
Secure your half wig behind your leave-out then blend your natural hair into the wig by simply brushing your natural hair on top of the wig

Option 2 — Defined Curls

1. Wet the hair
Thoroughly wet the hair with water.

2. Work in sections
Divide the hair into manageable sections.

3. Finger coil
Take small sections of hair, apply your desired curl defining gel and finger coil each curl clump to create definition.

4. Dry completely
Allow the curls to air dry or use a diffuser until completely dry.

5. Separate & shape
Once dry, gently separate the curls for your desired volume.

6. Add layers
Cut and shape the hair into layers to create your desired rounded, natural finish.

7. Install & blend
Secure your half wig behind your leave-out then blend your natural hair into the wig by simply brushing your natural hair on top of the wig.
